What does the “All Inclusive” Package include?
Grand View offers a comprehensive wedding package that covers everything needed for hosting a complete reception. Our package includes: exclusive use of the venue, a wedding coordinator, five hour reception with cocktail hour, an open bar, versatile menu options, linens, and more. We offer a variety of a la carte food, beverage, and decor upgrades for customization of your event.
Are there facilities available for the wedding party before and during the event?
Our spacious and versatile Wedding Suite can be rented for up to five hours for pre-wedding preparations. It features a luxurious powder room, custom touch up vanity, soft lighting – and a flat-screen TV that provides live streaming of your guests as they arrive.
Can I hold my ceremony on-site?
Yes, we have a number of dedicated area for ceremonies – the Terraza, the Bella Vista, and the private beach – that can be reserved for an additional fee.
Do you provide corporate and social packages?

What is the contingency plan for outdoor events in case of bad weather?
If an outdoor ceremony becomes impractical due to weather conditions, it can take place in the Grand View Ballroom. Our team is expert at transforming indoor spaces seamlessly to fit the occasion.
Is there an event planner available for wedding day coordination?
At Grand View, we have dedicated professionals to assist with planning, booking, and hosting your event. You will have a personal coordinator who will meet with you beforehand to ensure your event runs smoothly and take care of any last minute needs.
Is there sufficient parking available for guests?
Grand View offers plenty of on-site parking with six ADA-accessible spots.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors for services like florals and entertainment?
Yes, our team will provide a list of recommended vendors for photography, entertainment, lodging, florals, and more. Any vendors outside of this list must provide proof of insurance and may need to submit a damage security deposit.

Will other events be scheduled on the same day as ours?
Grand View is proud to host only one event at a time, ensuring you have exclusive use of the property for your special day.
Is there audio equipment available for speeches?
Yes, we provide both a sound system and microphones for speeches.
Are there any restrictions on decorations or use of candles?
Our team strives to create your dream setting. All decorations must be safe and not obstructive to staff. Open flames are not permitted unless specifically approved.
Can couples participate in a pre-reception tasting?
Yes. Couples receive complimentary tickets to “A Taste of Grand View” for an opportunity to sample our cuisine and plan their event menu. This tasting is usually held on a Wednesday or Thursday twice a year, to allow time for the wedding couple to select their menu four months prior to their event. If these dates do not suit your schedule, private tastings can be arranged for an additional fee.
How do you accommodate guests with food allergies?
Our culinary team will work closely with you to provide delicious and safe food options for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions.
Are vegan and vegetarian menu options available?
Yes, we offer a variety of customizable vegetarian and vegan dishes.
What are the meal options for children?

Can couples personalize their menu selections?

What is your cancellation policy?
While we hope to host your special event, we understand plans may change. Depending on when you cancel, Grand View will refund between 75% and 25% of the total event cost.
When is a deposit required and when is final payment due?
An initial deposit is required at booking to secure your date. Subsequent deposits are due twelve months, six months, and ten days before your event.
