Steve Kiley
General Manager

Steve’s journey in hospitality began at just 14, working at the Common Market in Quincy, MA—a neighborhood staple known for its vibrant atmosphere. His love for hospitality was kindled by his early experiences in the kitchen, inspired by his “Nonna,” whose passion for cooking left a lasting impression. After studying Communications and English at the University of Rhode Island, Steve continued to grow in the industry, honing his skills at Legal Test Kitchen in Boston’s Seaport and later serving as Food & Beverage Director for 14 years at Nantasket Beach Resort and Wollaston Golf Club.
As General Manager at Grand View, Steve leads a talented team dedicated to creating unforgettable events. He takes immense pride in fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality that ensures every guest’s experience is flawless.
Steve lives near the beach in Hull with his wife Renee, their two daughters, and a playful new puppy. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, golfing, playing pickleball, reading, writing, and attending live music events.

Linda Doherty
Executive Chef

Some of Linda’s earliest and fondest memories are found at the hem of her great-grandmother’s apron. As a child, she was captivated by the sights, smells, and sounds of the kitchen, igniting a lifelong love for cooking and hospitality. Driven by this passion, she pursued formal culinary training at Southeastern Vocational High School, laying the foundation for her career.
Over the past 20 years, Linda has cultivated her skills across a diverse range of venues, from Four Diamond AAA-rated hotels to sports stadiums and privately owned restaurants throughout New England. These experiences have honed her expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and blending culinary traditions with modern trends.
Joining the team at Grand View in October 2016 as the Executive Chef was a meaningful milestone in Linda’s career. Here, alongside a talented and passionate team, she creates a delectable experience for clients by blending culinary traditions with the latest trends. Linda believes that great ingredients and genuine passion come together to unleash the true potential of a dish. With this philosophy, she brings a stylish twist to each season’s harvest.
In her free time, Linda enjoys exploring new recipes and cuisines, supporting local farmers, and finding inspiration in the culinary traditions that shaped her journey. Her dedication to her craft and love for hospitality shine in every dish she creates.

Connor MacKinnon
Sous Chef

Connor’s passion for food was inspired by his father’s home-cooked meals, sparking a love for cooking that has guided him since 2016. Starting as a dishwasher, he worked his way up the culinary ladder, while earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nichols College. His career has been shaped by a commitment to leadership, communication, and teamwork, honed through his experiences in Massachusetts restaurants.
Joining Grand View in 2021, Connor embraces his role as Sous Chef, overseeing daily kitchen operations and mentoring the culinary team. He finds joy in crafting high-quality cuisine that enhances every special occasion.
When not in the kitchen, Connor cherishes time spent with family, experimenting with recipes, and continuing to explore his culinary creativity.

Erin Dean
Sales & Event Specialist

Erin graduated from Assumption University in 2023 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing. During college, she gained valuable experience interning at a catering company and later working at a wedding venue, where her passion for sales and event planning flourished.
Now at Grand View, Erin treasures helping couples envision and celebrate their special day. She brings enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail to every event, ensuring that each moment is memorable.
Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball and softball, traveling, and savoring sunsets.

Felix Javier
Banquet Manager

Felix’s hospitality journey began in the Dominican Republic, where he studied languages at Autonoma de Santo Domingo University. His multilingual skills opened doors to prestigious roles, including a decade managing luxury properties and fine dining establishments.
Since joining Grand View in 2017, Felix has been instrumental in leading the banquet team to deliver seamless, high-quality service. His dedication to hospitality shines in every event, ensuring clients feel valued and their occasions are flawless.
Felix finds joy in his role and the sense of pride it brings. Outside of work, he enjoys connecting with others and cherishing life’s simple pleasures.

Tatiana Batista
Sales & Event Specialist

Tatiana’s 13+ years in the industry have taken her from corporate restaurants to mom-and-pop venues, hotels, and banquets. Inspired by her passion, she pursued a certification in Hospitality Management at CCRI. Her career at Grand View began four years ago, where she advanced from server to her current dream role as Sales & Event Coordinator.
Known for her dedication and personable approach, Tatiana excels in creating seamless and successful events. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration and attention to detail, ensuring every couple feels supported and celebrated.
Tatiana is married and the eldest of three. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, and supporting local artists and musicians.
