The Grand View staff is renowned for meticulous attention to detail. Our team of event specialists, along with a network of trusted local professionals, will guide you through every step in creating your special day. Weddings aren’t just a job, they are our passion, and we will work tirelessly with you on each and every aspect of your event, from start to finish.

Receptions

Situated on 15 beautiful lakeside acres, Grand View is the perfect wedding reception venue, combining the elegance of our spacious facility, the natural beauty of the Blackstone Valley plus a team of experienced wedding professionals. Our recently updated venue, which comfortably holds 350 for a traditional plated dinner reception, offers beautiful lakefront vistas and spacious intimacy.

FAQ

Our event minimum is an agreed-upon amount for food and beverage as well as any on-site amenities, plus a 20% administrative fee. Minimums vary by day of week as well as time of year and are determined by demand. If you are unable to meet a minimum for a specific date, your event specialist can suggest a variety of items to help meet your minimum, or help you select a different date with a lower minimum. We offer a variety of options for a wide range of budgets.
There is no room charge for couples who select one of our packages. Social and corporate events are subject to a room fee. Please inquire for more details.
You are welcome to choose from our list of preferred vendors or a vendor of your choosing. All vendors, be they a DJ, photographer, florist, videographer or cake supplier, must be approved by Grand View prior to your event.
As an all-inclusive venue, we are happy to arrange any type of transportation for you and your guest’s needs through outside vendors.
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food or alcohol on premises.
Grand View schedules only one event at a time. Events are scheduled for a five-hour period. Extra time can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability. Events must end by 12:00 AM (midnight). Major holidays are subject to peak Saturday pricing.
Tours are provided seven days a week by appointment with an event specialist. Restrictions apply during scheduled event times.
Couples who choose the Imperial Package can attend our twice-a-year group tasting. Parties who select the Grand Package can schedule a private tasting.

Wedding Packages

Grand View offers two wedding packages, the Grand and Imperial Package, which combine the most popular service requests. Package pricing starts at $106 per person. Please contact your event manager for more information.

The Grand Package reserves Grand View exclusively for a single event and offers wedding parties complete privacy in addition to these enhanced features:

• Five-hour reception
• Meticulously manicured grounds for endless photo opportunities
• Private deck on expansive waterfront with wrought-iron furniture and sun umbrellas
• Personal event specialist to assist in coordinating your event
• Professional event manager
• Professional maitre d’
• Valet service for all guests
• Coat room with attendant (seasonal)
• Private bridal suite elegantly decorated with fresh flowers and personal bridal attendant
• Group food tasting for bride, groom and two guests

EVENT SERVICES
• Petite bridal display
• Premier champagne served privately to bridal party during cocktail hour
• Six deluxe butler-passed hors d’oeuvres plus one hors d’oeuvre station
• Premium open-bar service during cocktail hour and reception
• Elegantly framed table numbers
• Specialty votives for each table
• Floor-length table linens and decorative overlays • Custom down lighting to enhance the ballroom
• Gold Chiavari chairs
• Upgraded, four-course plated meal with choice of chicken, beef or seafood, or duet plate
• Wine service during dinner
• Choice of champagne or wine toast
• Lemon-infused water decanter display
• Custom-made wedding cake
• Berries and sauces to accompany cake
• Coffee and tea
• Cookie tower with chocolate-dipped strawberries
• Late-night slider station served one hour prior to closing

Certain spending and guest count minimums may apply. All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to a 20% taxable administrative fee plus 7% Mass. sales tax. The 20% administrative fee does not represent a tip, gratuity, or service charge, and is not paid to serving staff.
The Imperial Package reserves Grand View exclusively for a single event and offers wedding parties complete privacy in addition to these stellar features:
